Description

A very large, hazelnut color wulfenite crystal, 5 cm long, hosts over a dozen side crystals intersecting it. All crystals are very thin (mm range) and therefore show some peripheral nicks. 
It is rare to see such a large wulfenite from any place.

From the old Swiss collection Weber, which was assembled pre-1951, and my own.

The old label mentions Brohen Hill, Australia, but I am not convinced. My take is that this is coming from the Stevenson-Bennett mine in New Mexico.
