Description

A group of three parallel growing barite crystals from the massive Olympic Dam Mine at Roxby Downs.

The barite crystals are translucent white with haematite inclusions giving the crystals a chocolate brown colour with a white speed stripe.

One side and the terminations of each crystal is festooned with light tan coloured saiderite crystals and small balls of specular hematite
