Description

A cavity in a matrix of sugary cerussite and garnet sandstone is lined with  (for Broken Hill), exceptionally rich rosasite over which are scattered  clear smithsonite rhombs, some of which also are studded on a window pane reddish yellow wulfenite crystal, a further three smaller crystals can also be seen on the rosasite. Wulfenite is extremely rare at Broken Hill and the Kintore material, most of which was collected in the mid 1980's, is highly sort after
