Description

Tabular crystal of baryte with good transparency and lustre, associated to brown crystallized siderite and transparent calcite crystals. It is almost a floater piece, with a minor contact to the matrix at the rear The group is richly covered by spheres of fibrous green malachite, that enhance the character of this piece from Mavrolakkas, a rare locality in collections.

Found in 2017 by Willy Vanderwaal.
