Description

A complex knobby stalactitical calcite specimen forming a projecting globular surface. One side is cut and polished, revealing beautiful concentric overlapping layers of different creamy colours. Kokoweef is an old locality known for such “aragonite” specimens, that are very rare in the market nowadays.

Acquired in 1980 to Els Keuker by Wilfred Moorer (1945-2015), specimen #2919.
