Description

From the type locality of hemimorphite comes this rare old time specimen: Labeled as aurichalcite on smithsonite from Rezbanya one sees on closer inspection that the greenish-blueish aurichalcite covers crystal aggregates of whiteish hemimorphite and/or is intergrown with the hemimorphite, on botryoidal smithsonite, all on matrix. Very nice classic material.
