Description

The quartz crystal is partly glossy, sharp terminated and shows light smoky color. The fluorite is sharp terminated, there are several intergrown light pink crystals. Their faces show satiny luster and very attractive texture. The lower part of the crystals is contacted, the upper 50% are show the regular octahedral habit. Pink fluorite on smoky quartz represents a great and high valued rarity and this one is in already impressive dimension and shows a really aesthetic habit. One interesting detail: along of edges and corners of the fluorite crystals you can see a thin black zoning - this is dark chlorite, which accentuate the edges of each fluorite crystal. Hard to photograph, better in person!
