Description Tabs

Description
Locality:
Loja, Persenbeug-Gottsdorf, Melk District, Lower Austria, Austria
Class:
Crystals on Matrix
Size Range:
Miniature (4.5-7 cm)
Size:
5.5 × 4.4 × 3 cm
Description

An other Austrian rarity! The locality produced only a low number of specimen and this particular one is the finest I ever saw from the area. It shows two exposed crystals up to 21mm across. They are more sharp as you can see on the photos and their faces show this colorful iridiscent layer. The piece is developed as floater and at the bottom of the back-side there is an other well shaped crystal.
