Green crystals of diopside var diallage in quartz-rich matrix rock.

From old Dr. Krantz stock, comes with antique label of an unknown italian collection. Unfortunately I was notable to find a reference for the locality detail "Mo__dino nell' Enfotide (or Eufotide)".
Impruneta is a village near Florence.
