The crystals in this lovely miniature, from the famous Sidmouth locality, are of the more unusualy blue-gray and honey-browncolour. They exhibit the typical complex terminations. The largest is 19mm x 9mm

These crystals are strongly fluoresent and phosphorescent

The location is expertly described in the United Kingdom Journal of Mines and Minerals (UKJMM) - number 23 and is a must for any serious baryte collector
