Description

A spectacular cluster of gray scalenohedral calcite crystals. The largest crystals measure to 19.3 cm in length.

Partial coatings of brassy iridescent micro chalcopyrite/marcasite are present, typical of this pocket. Minor chipping is present, typical of all of these big calcites. Overall I think this in excellent condition.

A wonderful large cabinet piece! Ex Armin Wendland collection. This was collected in the late 1990's by Top Gem Minerals.
