Description

An absolute classic from pizzo forno. The alpe sponda is also the type locality for the mica paragonite. This is the matrix here! In addition to staurolite up to 2.6 cm, the sample consists also of beautiful, partially transparent kyanite crystals up to 6.2 cm in length. This piece comes from an old collection and was acquired in 1966. The old collection label is included.
