Description

A very rich and fine specimen of the rare borate Meyerhofferite from the well-known Turkish locality Bigadiç Mine of Balikesir Province. The bladed, intergrown crystals here are showing fine glassy luster and lighter gray to cream-white color. This piece comes from an old collection and was acquired in 1968. The old collection label is included.
