Description

Beautiful and large specimen with a “sandwich-group” of two jordanite crystals with a deep brown sphalerite crystal in between. Great collection specimen of large size and quality.

Specimen from type locality.

Comes with a beautiful label from the Natural History museum in Bern (Switzerland). The inventory number (A 5370 and L 5582), which is noted on the label, is also attached to the side of the specimen. Old-timer from a find in 1968.

Note: All Lengenbach-specimens (and some other) in this auction are from the renowned collection of Dr. Gerhard JUNG (Hagendorf specialist, after whom the mineral Jungite was named).
