Kövecses Collection is finally on e-Rocks after 40 years of mineral collecting experience. Kövecses Collection is the largest privately owned family mineral collection in Central Europe. We are specialized at classic specimens from the Carpathian Basin. Our museum operates since 1986 in Hungary.
Our strength is the quality of our specimens as well as the close attention on trustful mineral information and localities. When we add a new classic locality to the e-Rocks database, it is always based on years of experience and several personal visit to the area. We have been doing research, writing articles and visiting historic mines in Central Europe. We are a long-time dealer at major mineral shows and now we would like to establish our online presence here on e-Rocks.
