So far only found at La Fossa Crater, Vulcano, Aeolian Islands, Italy.
Formed as a sublimate over pyroclastic breccia at a volcanic fumarole.
Associated with adranosite, demicheleite-(Br), demicheleite-(I), argesite, and sassolite.
