Due to the rather heavy delivery delays, many temporarily closed transport routes and other restrictions reported to us by DHL and FEDEX
during the last weeks and especially the last days, we would like to store your pieces here for you. This way we avoid the shipment getting
lost or damaged if it is left lying around in some depot or at the customs for a longer period of time.
We will keep your items here very safely send them as soon as possible and when the situation improves. In any case we will inform you as soon as possible.
 
In the meantime you are welcome to add more pieces without any additional shipping costs. That could give you an advantage in the current
situation. Only if the total value of the shipment increases, there could be a small surcharge on the basic costs. But even that would be cheaper than a single shipment.
We will find the most optimal solution.
 
Despite of all adversities at the moment, collecting minerals is the most beautiful occupation for all here, that leads away from all too gloomy thoughts. A beautiful specimen remains a beautiful specimen, there is nothing anyone can do about it.
