Payments: all transaction must be currency requested in the invoice. Prefered paynents via PayPal, might be also offline via interbank electronic transfer (IBAN-BIC).

Shipping: costs quoted on individual items and shipping policy section on the item page. All shipping costs subject to prevailing local postage rates, which might change.

- Sellers reserve the right to change these rates should underlying costs change.

- Shipping costs will economise if 2 or more specimens are purchased together.

- Once the sellers receives your payment, the specimens will be packed and sent in reasonable time (2 - 3 day)

Returns: if you receive anything you do not like have 10 day approval and right to return. Please notify immediatly and sand it back if it arrives damaged or if you are not otherwise happy with what you have been sent. Once it has received in the condition it was sent the seller will arrange a refund. My success is only tu supply mineral with 100 % customer satisfaction.
