Description

The specimen has an open vug of bright cobaltoan pink cobaltoan calcite. The calcite has created a botryoidal formation covering the inside surface of a hollowed formation. All of the crystals are intergrown and embedded into the calcite mass. The vug opening is 2.2cm x 5.9cm. There is a contact point at the edge at the widest point of the opening.
